How long before my Website can go live?
The propagation period takes around 24 to 72 hours.

What if I already have a domain name and want to change the hosting service to you? How do I go about it?
Email us enquires@biglotus.net your service provider’s contact and your contact number and we will be in touch with them to have the service transferred to us.

What is an SSL certificate?
You require an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate when your website requires an integrated payment gateway. SSL provides security and data integrity for communications over internet. It is recommended that you purchase your own certificate for your website from either - VeriSign or Thawte, two of the largest and most widely supported issuing authorities.
